Terms & Conditions – VB Hair Lounge

Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and future bookings requiring full payment upfront.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a reduced or rescheduled service. In some cases, we may need to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit.

Consultations & Colour Services

A consultation may be required before booking colour services.
A skin test is required if you have not had a colour service with us within the last 6 months.
Prices provided are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service requirements.

Hair Condition

We prioritise the health of your hair at all times.
Services may be adjusted or refused if proceeding would compromise hair condition.

Results

While we aim to achieve your desired result, outcomes may vary depending on hair history, condition, and previous treatments.

Refunds & Adjustments

We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and offer an adjustment where appropriate.

Retail Products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Opened products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Liability

VB Hair Lounge is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless previously disclosed.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or adjust services where necessary to ensure safety, quality, and a respectful environment.
